Seeking wildflowers to photograph is almost as challenging as following wildlife. True, wildflowers don’t move, but their bloom time can be unpredictable. The lighting, the wind and rain may throw you a curve ball when you set up your camera. It may take a few blooming seasons to get a decent shot or a great shot??
I am using google to group my plant into the correct plant families. As many of you may know, there have been a lot of changes in the plant world in the last few years, including scientific name changes as well as the family they may reside in. As I become aware of these changes, I will update the names within plant galleries. So, keep that in mind if you can’t find a specific plant in a family grouping.
